MURDER AT LOWER HEATH MANOR was the name of the 'Whodunit?' which was the subject of the last social evening of the Autumn season. A very wealthy local property developer had been found dead - was it foul play or suicide? That was the question the audience had to decide.
Six guests had been staying at the house of the late Mr. Morton - three members of his dysfunctional family, plus others. All of these people had good reason to despatch Mr. Morton and in some cases there could be pecuniary advantage. But who was the villain?
It was all very entertaining and there were many red herrings. At the end of the evening D.S. McGill revealed all. Many thanks to him (Mick Dobson), also to Phyl Hardiment for organising this, and the earlier Social Evenings - all of them very much enjoyed
